Questions about your account
We do not run the platforms and cannot see your account. For deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, a blocked account or a forgotten password, contact the platform's own customer support from inside its app or website. The guide on each platform's page here explains its password reset.
Keep your details safe
Never send us your password, a one time code (OTP) or your bank details. We will never ask for them, and anyone who does in our name is not us.
