18 and over only
You must be 18 or older to register or play. If you share a phone or computer with someone younger, do not save your password in the browser or the app.
Set your limits before you start
- Decide how much you can afford to lose and how long you will play, before you open the app.
- Play only with money you would otherwise spend on fun. Never use money meant for rent, food, school fees or loan payments.
- Never borrow to play.
- Do not chase losses. A loss is the price of the game, not a debt to win back.
- Take breaks, and stop when your time is up, even if you are winning.
- Do not play when you are upset, tired or have been drinking.
Signs that play is becoming a problem
- spending more money or time than you planned, again and again
- hiding how much you play from family or friends
- borrowing, selling things or missing bills to keep playing
- feeling restless or angry when you try to cut down
- thinking about games for most of the day
If any of these sound familiar, take a break and talk to someone. The sooner, the easier.
Tools that help
- Ask the platform's customer support whether it offers deposit limits, a break period or account closure.
- Turn off notifications from gaming apps.
- Set a daily time limit for the app with Digital Wellbeing on Android or Screen Time on iPhone.

Helping someone else
